At Belvedir, we are dedicated to providing products that promote safer and more effective cat grooming. We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our grooming solutions, and we encourage you to use them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you're not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at support@belvedir.com.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may already be in the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We’re confident that our grooming products will make a positive difference in your cat’s hygiene and comfort. We recommend giving them at least 14 days to see results. However, if you are still not satisfied, you may return the products within 60 days for a full refund (shipping fees, if applicable, are not refundable). Please provide your Order Number or the Name and E-Mail Address used to place the order to expedite your request.
Damaged Items
We take care to package your order securely, but if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@belvedir.com with a clear photo of the damage. We consider an item damaged if it has a defect or if the product is physically broken. Damage to packaging that doesn’t affect the product itself (e.g., dented boxes) is not considered damaged. If eligible, we’ll replace the damaged item at no cost. Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim for prompt deliveries, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate. If you need to correct an address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. If we do not receive notification within this timeframe, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
