Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it's placed. Your order is considered dispatched once it’s handed over to our shipping carrier and en route to your selected address. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.

Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates, which are beyond our control. If your product is being shipped internationally, customs delays may also occur, increasing the overall delivery timeframe.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
Ensuring your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout is the customer’s responsibility. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delayed processing or order cancellation. If we detect any issues with your address, our support team will email you within 3 business days of your order being placed to verify the details. Failure to respond within this period may result in order cancellation.

Delayed Delivery

Please note that Belvedir is not liable for any delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control. We can’t guarantee a specific delivery date but will keep you updated and provide assistance where possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand that lost or stolen packages can be frustrating. Once we hand over your package to the courier, its transit is beyond our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@belvedir.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they often have a process for handling lost or stolen packages. We will also reach out to the courier on your behalf to follow up on the claim and keep you updated.
Please note that Belvedir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and such incidents fall outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement.
In some cases, the courier may be able to recover and deliver the package. If not, we may advise you to file a police report if necessary.
